SUNDAY SEEDINGS
The winner of each pool will be seeded #1-4 based on:
1) Overall Record
2) Average Runs Allowed (ARA)
The non-bracket teams will be matched up in consolation games based on:
1) Teams with furthest distance to travel home will play the earliest scheduled games against each other, if possible.
2) Remaining teams will be matched up to play the remaining consolation games.

SUNDAY MATCHUPS
The winner of the Lewis pool will receive a bye to the championship game, as they will have played 4 games to get through their pool.
The winners of the Columbia and Willamette pools will play each other to determine who plays the Lewis pool winner.
The remaining members of the Lewis pool will not play on Sunday, as they will have already played 4 games.
The remaining members of the Columbia and Willamette pools will play each other, with teams with the furthest distance to travel home playing the earliest games, if possible.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
In an effort to avoid late cancellations, and the scramble to find replacement teams, we ask tournament fees be paid by April 1st.
If your team fees are collected later than April 1st, we will accept a 50% deposit by April 1st, and the rest of the fees by June 1st.
We want to work with all programs to make our tournaments work within your program fees, so if another arrangment outside these dates is needed, please contact me at theswens57@gmail.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Hosting tournaments requires numerous transactions prior to the tournament taking place. As such, cancellations fees will be applied as follows:
One month or sooner prior to the first day of tournament: Full Refund
15-30 days prior to the first day of the tournament: 50% Refund or Full Fee Credit to future event.
0-14 days prior to the first day of the tournament: No Refund or Credit
With the rise in late cancellations, we regretfully need to implement this policy to discourage teams from pulling out of events last minute.
