With AstroTurf Diamond Series turf on all fields, all will be done to get games in with few exceptions:

• If severe weather is forecasted, game times may be adjusted to best fit the forecasted weather pattern.  
• If lightning is seen by tournament officials or umpires, a 30 minute delay will start immediately after each lightning flash. Both game and/or pregame activities will be suspended for 30 minutes.  Game times will be adjusted accordingly.
• Heavy rain may cause a game delay, or even a cancellation.
• Should weather or weather related circumstances cause a cancellation, tournament fees will be refunded as follows:
  • 1 game played: 50% refund.
  • 2 games played: no refund. 

Again, we will do all we can to get your games guaranteed played. 

NEW IN 2026 - Only Teams Paid in Full will have their spot guaranteed. 

A team's participation in a tournament will only be guaranteed once payment, or a payment plan, is received. 

If a team has not paid for their participation by April1, their spot may be vacated and given to a team that is able to pay.

If an event fills up, then teams may be asked to pay prior to April 1st to assure their spot in a filled event. 

Unfortunately we experienced more cancellations in 2025 than ever, and were unable to fill many of the vacancies due to the late timing of the cancellation. 

We want to work with all programs to make our tournaments work within your program's fee collecting schedule, so if another arrangment outside these dates is needed, please contact me at theswens57@gmail.com. We do not want to exclude teams due to their lack of funds prior to April 1. 

Hosting tournaments requires numerous transactions prior to the tournament taking place.  As such, cancellations fees will be applied as follows:

90+ Days to the first day of tournament: Full Refund

31-90 days prior to the first day of the tournament: 25% refund or Full Fee Credit to future event. 

15-30 days prior to the first day of the tournament: 50% Refund or Full Fee Credit to future event. 

0-14 days prior to the first day of the tournament: No Refund or Credit

With the rise in late cancellations, we regretfully need to implement this policy to discourage teams from pulling out of events last minute.
